- 2nd shift: 2:45 p.m. - 11 p.m. Monday - Friday
- 3rd shift: 10:45 p.m. - 7 a.m. Sunday - Thursday
- Day shift: 6:45 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday-Wednesday
- Night shift: 6:45 p.m. - 7 a.m. Monday-Wednesday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to understand and follow all safety regulations
- Notify Supervisor and co-workers of any unsafe conditions
- Capable of operating equipment producing simple profiles
- Able to assist with set ups with direction from Process Technician
- Able to assist in line start ups
- Able to recognize and solve minor issues and refer complex problems to appropriate associates
- Recognize any mechanical issues that should involve maintenance associates
- Complete necessary documentation; process checks, quality checks, production reporting etc.
- Able to shutdown and clean each line properly
- Able to remove and clean tooling
- Able to perform other associated or related duties as assigned by Supervision
- Continually take and keep notes on all Pultrusion processes as they are learned
- Participate in all appropriate training and development programs
- Learn and understand proper pultrusion language; ie- Delam, Porosity,etc.
- Able to work and stand on hard surfaces for 8 -hour or 12-hour Shifts
- Occasionally be able to lift 30-50 pounds.
