ANDERSEN CORPORATION SUMMARY:
This FP&A role will support the Renewal by Andersen company owned retail business, a complex, innovative, and expanding retail business within Andersen. Primary responsibilities are to develop, interpret, and implement complex financial concepts or techniques for financial planning, pricing, and control by performing the following duties:
· Full P&L support of company owned retail businesses, including period end close and reporting
· Support retail pricing management, analysis, and controls
· Develop standardized reporting and analytics on product mix and margins
· Collaborate with highly engaged business partners as a valued thought partner on financial analysis, annual budgeting, period end close/reporting, capacity planning, and project support
· Lead complex financial analysis and provide insights from analytical work to management to aid decision making
· Cultivate business and finance relationships, which include learning the business, responding to evolving priorities and understanding the impacts of decisions on key stakeholders
· Advanced understanding of finance & business concepts, and ability to clearly communicate those concepts to business partners and management.
· Strong communication skills, and ability to develop and deliver presentations.
· Demonstrated capacity to influence and communicate with business partners at all levels in the organization.
· Ability to analyze advanced processes and support workgroups to help resolve problem areas
· Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or other related area
· 5+ years related experience
· Previous pricing experience preferred
· Skilled with large data sets
· Power BI knowledge
