SUMMARY: 

The Sr Talent Acquisition Partner leads and executes strategic sourcing initiatives within Talent Acquisition while partnering with functional leadership to align and support business operations through strategic goal setting and project initiatives.  The Sr TA Partner will provide focused efforts in alignment with long-term Talent Acquisition strategies.  The Sr TA Partner will recruit for talent for all levels across the organization and identifies, engages and builds talent pipelines utilizing a Talent Acquisition CRM and finds passive talent through personal networks, referrals, social media and other outlets.  In addition, this position may provide recruitment, selection, placement and retention support and direction to other TA Partners and assigned business units. Individuals in this position function as a Talent Acquisition Partner providing consultative support to management and HR Generalists in the development of recruitment plans/programs to achieve desired business results.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

20% - Using superior consultative skills and TA acumen build high quality internal and external networks to create partnerships that yield successful, predictable results that align with business needs. 

15% - Utilize your deep understanding of the external recruiting landscape to successfully source and attract talent and leverage sourcing data in updates with hiring managers and TA leaders.

15% - Utilize talent acquisition systems and platforms to post, source and maintain documentation for all recruiting activities. Support on-boarding tasks as needed

20% - Apply a business mindset across the TA function by assessing  internal and external labor markets to create a talent pipeline for key roles and leverage data to help execute/support staffing strategies.

10% - Use sales and communication skills to continue to build the employer brand by educating your internal partners and candidates.

10% - Lead recruitment vendor selection, contract negotiation, vendor evaluations and feedback and identify new innovative solutions to issues and/or processes improvement opportunities .

10% - Manage multiple projects including establishing key metrics and benchmarks to drive business decisions while prioritizing work-based business demands.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a 4 year degree from accredited college/university and/or combination of education and experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills (with peers, management, and external audiences)
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Strong business, product and customer knowledge
  • Strong problem solving, negotiating, persuasion, execution and time management skills

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Prior TA experience with RDI, LEAN or Operations roles

SALARY INFORMATION:

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
