SUMMARY

This role offers a unique way to understand the Andersen Division through a combination of business partnering and financial modeling. This position requires data interpretation, implementing complex financial and accounting concepts or techniques for financial planning and control with guidance from a supervisor or higher level analyst. Strong communication skills will be necessary due to the frequent interaction with leaders from finance and other areas of the business.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Compilation of inputs
Evaluation of results and review with business partners

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or other related area; CPA or CMA preferred, four to seven years related experience.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required.
Intermediate understanding of finance & business concepts, and ability to clearly communicate those concepts to business partners.
Strong communication skills, and ability to develop and deliver full presentations with guidance from supervisor or higher level analyst.
Demonstrated capacity to influence and communicate with business partners in your functional area. Ability to identify abnormal trends to socialize with business partners and supervisor.
Perform intermediate financial modeling with logical and technically sound problem-solving skills

SALARY INFORMATION:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
