Description & Requirements

We are looking to hire a Retail Quality Coordinator at Renewal by Andersen (National Window and Door Company).

Retail Quality was formed in 2018 to process replacement orders and support our retail affiliate network. We are growing and changing each year! Temp-to-hire coordinators use sharp assessment skills to determine root cause on manufacturing fall downs, communicate by phone and email with retail offices, and manually enter complex/escalated reorders. Strong candidates would thrive in a fast - paced work environment, apply critical thinking on the fly, and enjoy building relationships. Work from home flexibility with in-office commitment as needed.

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Assesses, approves, and processes reorders. Communicates with retail when coverage is denied.

·       Uses written and verbal communication skills to respond to customer inquiries.

·       Uploads pictures and ensures defects are coded correctly

·       Assists retail with expediting basic escalated reorders utilizing knowledge of lead times, logistics and supply chain capabilities.

·       Investigates multiple fall downs for retail. Takes steps to prevent repeat failures.

·       Coaches retail on product failure modes, warranty coverage, policies, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years' work experience.

·       Understands delivery partner and customer needs and issues relating to the fulfillment process. 

·       Ability to understand product including failure modes. Ability to understand technical product specifications.

·       Problem Solving/Opportunity Identification.

·       Ability to quickly assess situations and respond quickly.

·       Basic computer skills including MS Office and proficient typing abilities.

·       Basic written and verbal communication skills.
