Responsibilities
- Responsible for fabrication, assembly and managing the flow of material throughout the plant. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Following all required safety practices and company standards
- Operating manufacturing equipment and hand tools
- Producing high quality work that conforms to standards
- Able to work in a team environment
- Participating in on-the job training initiatives and seeking out growth opportunities
- Maintaining good attendance and punctuality
- Supporting a respectful workplace
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing operation is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some overtime and weekends
- Desire to learn new skills and cross-train in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for duration of shift
- Possess problem-solving, communication, teamwork, leadership and basic computer skills
- Ability to read and understand reports
