SUMMARY

Seeking transformational Supply Chain leader, responsible for the oversight of supply chain team supporting internal fabrication across multiple manufacturing locations

This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Supply Chain



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Responsible for strategy development and execution of capabilities aligned to the long-term vision of the company
* Leads the supply chain team supporting internal fabrication and manufacturing needs across multiple manufacturing sites
* Active participant in supply chain leadership team driving optimization of the end-to-end supply chain across Order, Plan, Source, Make and Deliver
* Strategically develops team to meet both current and future talent needs of the supply chain team



QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, or Engineering

Experienced supply chain leader skilled in inspiring and leading others
Experienced in leading and coaching other leaders in supply chain methodologies.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of lean principles applied to inventory management and supply chain management.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
