PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Participate in supply chain projects within the value stream with consideration to the entire supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver)

-Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making

-Optimize supply planning parameters that align with business requirements for service and inventory, including coordination of services and material to match production demands

-Identifies supply chain problem areas and drives improvement in service, reduce cost, and increase inventory turns, Utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking

-Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

SC/Purchasing/Logistics/Customer Service Experience

-Bachelor’s degree or higher, equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.

-3-5 years Supply Chain experience

-Working knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, Warehouse Management systems

-Knowledge and experience with ERP systems, data mining and data reporting
-Proficient in utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem solving and continuous improvement, including Pull, 5Y, PDCA, A3 thinking, waste elimination

-Engages with other in a way that can be developed into an ongoing working relationship

-Seeks to understand customer needs in detail and how to satisfy them

-Willingly accepts assignments that will expand his/her capabilities

-Seeks opportunities to learn from others who have more experience and tenure in the organization

SALARY INFORMATION:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
