POSITION SUMMARY: 

Developing and learning Subject Matter skills in their area within their team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Communicate with customers primarily via inbound/outbound calls. Email and chat functionalities will also be used in a lesser capacity. 

·         Clarify orders/request with customers/delivery partners. Process non-standard customer orders/requests for fulfillment activities.

·         Work under regular supervisor, following instructions and procedures that are well defined, but may require the exercise of some judgement in application.

·         Developing and learning to drive continuous improvement opportunities. Identifies opportunities and challenges to provide input to resolutions.

·         Developing and learning to identify and present alternative options. Effectively communicate or offer pre-determined options or promotions.

·         Positive, professional, empathetic, customer-focused, inclusive and solutions-oriented. Living the Andersen Team values consistently.

·         Demonstrates the ability to work and contribute in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

·         High School diploma or equivalent.

·         Basic written, verbal, phone communication skills.

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

·         Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Suite.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Prior customer service experience.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.  Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
