ANDERSEN CORPORATION SUMMARY:
* Identifies unexpressed customer needs or customer problems and can identify potential solutions.
* Develop material, inventory, and information flow processes for the plan, make, source, and deliver strategies defined by business needs.
* Lead cross-functional team meetings, kaizen events, and value stream mapping sessions.
* Design and procure material storage systems, material handling equipment, and computer hardware on medium to large scale projects.
* Design and implement an information flow system containing supply chain and IT deliverables to meet project objectives.
* Build reciprocal working relationships with people from across the organization and suppliers.
* Communicate new ideas, project status, and results to project team and leadership through organized presentations that promote dialogue and understanding.
* Develop new concepts and ideas that reduce overall costs across the supply chain
* 4-year degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
* 1-5 years of experience in project leadership, supply chain, IT, operations or manufacturing/industrial engineering preferred.
* Knowledge and experience in material and information flow systems and processes such as ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and lean methodology.
* Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Experience with change management strategies.
* Project management skills
* Cross-functional exposure preferred
* Ability to travel if required up to 25%
